The purpose of this role will be to provide full administrative support to the faults team. To work flexibly within the team to undertake a range of tasks by applying established policies and procedures. To be responsible for queries/problems within own area, following the most appropriate course of action within procedural constraints. To be responsible for continual process improvement for area of responsibility

  • Be aware of the contractual SLA’s for the NHH, HH and sub-metering faults and contribute to achieving these SLA’s.
  • Work to daily and weekly targets set by the faults team leader. Be able to manage own workload to achieve these targets, being flexible to accommodate a change in priorities.
•Monitor and improve industry and customer performance, producing reports to show visibility of this.• To interact with internal and external customers on a daily basis and to resolve any associated queries within the specified timescales.
  • Provide full administrative support to the team in relation to process improvement ideas/suggestions.
  • To ensure that the data entered into any of the back-office systems is of a high quality and is accurate.
  • To understand and to work within the framework of the Siemens Values.

  • Educated to at least GSCE/O level
  • Ability to manage relationships with customers
